This time limit of this project is 2 days and it is related to Deall Jobs Recruitment program.

Below information is the challenge provided by Deall Jobs that need to be solved :
Please try looking at one of the company profiles through the link above and identify any problem on the interface that may cause the churn
Answer : changing the position or animation of “jobs”
I personally feel it is indeed quite complex and overwhelming with the number of information we are trying to provide. Can you try revamping the page?
You can revamp from the layout, the sectioning, the design / coloring, the overall key visuals, anything you feel necessary to solve the current problem
Answer : Change the structure of the information
You may also suggest after empathizing as a job-seeker, what are the key information you need to see to apply to a certain company & implement that to your design
Answer : Adding experience and salary
The Jobs part on the Company Page is barely noticeable. There are several parts to increase the CTA (Call to Action) rate :

Besides the “Available Jobs” button, the “Overview” page is revamped on several parts; including the information structure, adding “Featured Jobs” section, and adding “years of experience”.
By using exploded layout, most users will be overwhelmed to read all of the information. The information structure then changed into chronological order without removing any information as all of the information is considered to be important to users.
The correct chronological order should be :
About Us → Our Culture → Benefits
This order is based on the importance of information or the interest level from users.
The wording “Get To Know Deall Jobs” is changed to “About Us” to make it more simpler yet still appealing to read.
The “Insight” part could be combined with “About Us” since the provided information is still relevant.
“Our Team” part is moved to the right part since not all users will access this information. It is also considered easier to add team members by using this position, while maintaining clean and neat visual.

b. To increase more CTA, “Featured Jobs” is added in the end of the page. This will remind users that there are available jobs, after reading all of the information on “Overview” page. This section is completed with “See More” button to allow users to move to “Available Jobs” section.

c. By empathizing with users, it’s also believed that years of experience is important to be added into the jobs information, besides the salary and job location (hybrid or remote).
